At Bullish Competitions Ltd , we are committed to providing fun, fair, and transparent competitions. Please read our refund policy carefully before entering.

1. Entry Fees

• All entry fees are non-refundable once a competition entry has been submitted, except in cases outlined below.

2. Cancellations by Us

• If a competition is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient entries, technical issues, or business decisions), entrants will receive a full refund of their entry fee.

3. Duplicate Entries / Mistaken Payments

• If you accidentally purchase duplicate entries or experience a technical payment error, please contact us within 48 hours. Refunds will be issued at our discretion.

4. Invalid or Ineligible Entries

• If an entry is deemed invalid or ineligible due to failure to meet competition rules (e.g., age restriction, residency requirements, or fraudulent activity), the entry fee will not be refunded.

5. Prizes

• Once a prize has been awarded, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

6. Refund Requests

• Refund requests must be submitted via email to Help@bullishcomps.uk within 7 days of purchase.
• Please include your full name, order/transaction ID, and reason for the request.

7. Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, back to the original payment method.
